Welcome to Mende's ATA Martial Arts located in Cumming, GA. We have the highest quality martial arts instruction available in a safe and positive learning environment. We offer specially designed martial arts and self defense programs for children, teens, adults, and even the whole family. Our core program's are based on Songahm Taekwondo but also include karate, kickboxing, fitness, and the best of many styles of martial arts. They also include life skill lessons such as discipline, respect, perserverence, goal setting, and self-confidence. This allows our students to become not only great martial artists but also helps them be successful at home, school, work, and in the community.
