The ATAFit program has been implemented into all of our classes - from the Tiny Tigers to the Teens & Adults. The goal is to make our classes "fitness-based" classes rather than "memorization" classes. This helps us ensure that every student will leave class "sore, sweating, and smiling"!
The ATAFit program will improve:
Cardiovascular Endurance
Muscular Strength
Muscular Endurance
Flexibility & Range of Motion
Body Composition
