Fitness through ATAFit:
The ATAFit program is incorporated into all of our classes. The goal is to achieve muscle strength and endurance and improve the cardiovascular endurance through many repetitions during training. Everyone should leave each class "sore, sweating, and smiling"!
Self-Defense Training:
ATA's self-defense for teens and adults focuses on simple, yet practical techniques used to defend yourself. Beginning with awareness, our program teaches students the importance of recognizing danger and getting away. We also teach escapes from grabs, ground defense, and stopping violent attacks.
Life Skills Training:
Our adult life skills program trains adults to use the same life skills taught to children, but with a focus on improving communication with coworkers, spouses/families, and peers. |
